Timeline

• On December 23, 2002, the court approved the sale of the portfolio.

• On March 12, 2003, the court approved the signed contract between the conservator and Infinity Capital Services detailing the terms of the sale of the portfolio.

• In March, 2007, in the case of the United States v. C. Keith Lamonda, et al.

• The jury found C. Keith Lamonda GUILTY on all counts which included:

  • 1 Count of Mail/Wire fraud conspiracy
  • 11 Counts of Mail Fraud
  • 1 Count of Mail/Wire fraud conspiracy
  • 1 Count of Conspiracy to commit Tax fraud
  • 1 Count of filing a false tax return

• The jury found Jesse Lamonda GUILTY on all the counts in which he was charged, which included:

  • 1 Count of Mail/Wire fraud conspiracy
  • 11 Counts of Mail Fraud
  • 1 Count of Mail/Wire fraud conspiracy

• And the jury found John Maynard GUILTY of:

  • 1 Count of Mail/Wire fraud conspiracy
  • 1 Count of Conspiracy to commit Tax Fraud
